Limit on Redmine version?

We have a very old version of Redmine (0.8.3.stable).

I'm able to connect to the database, but both the "Design" and "Create Report" buttons return the same initial error no matter what project or timeframe I choose.

I get a untitled windows with the following error:

Unknown column 'issue_statuses.default.done.ratio' in 'field list'
Command was: SELECT issue_statuses.id, issue_statuses.name,
issues_statuses.is_closed, issue_statuses.default_done_ratio FROM issue_statuses

It seems like it's finding the proper table, but not the column. Most likely a discrepancy between the Redmine version you developed this for, and our version?

Whoops!

I just saw the version limit is 1.2.2

Oh well! If I can get the lazy software guys to upgrade our Redmine to a newer version, maybe I can make use of this tool finally.

Hi njdattler,

the column "issue_statuses.default.done.ratio" does not exist in the old version, try to put out this column from the query and try whether is working or not, if not you have to update your redmine version, then it will work.
